Slide switch, three temperature settings

A slide switch selects 2.8V, 3.2V or 3.6V on the 400mAh battery. Lower settings give a lower heating temperature for thinner, terpene-rich fills; the highest setting suits thicker, higher-viscosity oils. A drop-in magnetic connection holds 510 thread cartridges.

Silicone wave grip, compact body

The body has a silicone wave grip for a firm hold and measures 60 x 38.2 x 16.2mm. The 400mAh battery sits in a compact format, and customisation is available for branded runs. Black is the listed colour.

Colour and branding options

Black is the listed colour. The 60 x 38.2 x 16.2mm body is available for customisation, so branded runs can carry a brand's own finish and artwork. Colour requirements should be confirmed when the order is placed.

Draw activation, USB-C charging

Sandwave is inhale activated, so there is no button to press at the point of use. The 400mAh battery charges over USB-C, and the drop-in magnetic connection accepts 510 thread cartridges. Voltage is chosen with the slide switch.

What is the CCELL Sandwave?

The Sandwave is the CCELL battery you pick up and immediately understand. There is no preheat sequence to learn and no click pattern to remember. A single slide switch moves between 2.8V, 3.2V and 3.6V, the cartridge drops onto a magnet, and drawing on the mouthpiece fires it.

What sets it apart from other 510 thread batteries is the grip. A silicone wave pattern wraps the 60 x 38.2 x 16.2mm body, giving fingers something to hold on to. If you sell to customers who handle product all day, that matters more than a spec sheet suggests. Our 510 thread page covers how any 510 cartridge pairs with a battery like this.

At 400mAh it sits between the 280mAh Go Stik and the 500mAh Palm family, so it suits buyers who want more runtime than a starter battery without moving up to the largest cell. Black is the colour we list. CCELL also makes the Sandwave in mint green, marine green, tropical yellow, lavender and coral pink, and customisation is available, so ask about other colours.

Who is the Sandwave for?

Brands that want an easy-to-explain battery. Three positions on a slide switch need no instruction leaflet.
Retailers stocking a mid-capacity battery between compact and full-size options, with 400mAh in a body that is not oversized.
Filling teams who run quick voltage comparisons on the bench: slide, draw, slide again.
Not ideal for anyone who needs a preheat, an airflow collar or a charge-level display; this battery lists none of those, so look at the Palm Pro instead.
Gift and merchandise ranges where a tactile, branded accessory is part of the pack and the colour can be customised.

Is the Sandwave compatible with my cartridge?

Yes. The Sandwave has a drop-in magnetic connection compatible with 510 thread cartridges, so any standard 510 cartridge will work once the magnetic nut or adaptor is fitted. These are common pairings.

Cartridge	Size options	Thread	Fit note
CCELL Kera RR	0.5ml	Standard 510	Common pairing
CCELL M6T-SE	0.5ml / 1ml	Standard 510	Thermoplastic body, 10.5mm diameter
CCELL TH2-SE	0.5 / 1 / 1.2ml	Standard 510	Glass body, 10.5mm diameter
CCELL TH2 EVOMAX	0.5 / 1.0ml	Standard 510	Glass body, 10.5mm diameter

Which Sandwave setting suits which oil?

The three positions run at 2.8V, 3.2V and 3.6V. In general, the lowest position is the gentlest and the highest delivers the most heat, so thinner oils tend to behave well at the bottom of the range and thicker ones may need the top. That is general guidance, so confirm against your own oil.

A practical routine is to mark the middle position as your house default, then test the other two on a small batch before you commit to packaging. Because the switch is mechanical, you can confirm what a customer is using just by looking at it. Our oil types guide explains how viscosity changes what a cartridge needs.

How do I use the Sandwave?

Fit the magnetic nut or adaptor to your 510 cartridge if it does not already have one.
Drop the cartridge onto the magnetic connection at the top of the battery.
Slide the switch to 2.8V, 3.2V or 3.6V.
Draw on the mouthpiece. There is no button, because the battery is draw activated.
Charge over USB-C when the battery runs low.

Sandwave care, charging and troubleshooting

Nothing happens on a draw: check the cartridge is seated flat on the magnet, wipe the contact dry and try another cartridge to rule out a blocked one.
Switch feels stiff or between positions: push it fully to a detent so the setting is clear.
Charging: use a known 5V USB-C source and a sound cable, and disconnect at full. Our charging guide explains why leaving packs on charge overnight is a bad habit.
Oil on the contact: a leaking cartridge can short the pin and look like a dead battery, so remove the cartridge and wipe first.
Grip collects lint: the silicone wave grooves can hold dust from pockets. Wipe with a dry cloth rather than soaking the battery in any liquid.

Contact our team WhatsApp us

Is the CCELL Sandwave compatible with standard 510 cartridges?

Yes. The Sandwave has a drop-in magnetic connection that is compatible with 510 thread cartridges. Fit the magnetic nut or adaptor to the cartridge, drop it onto the magnet and it connects. Check the body diameter of unusual formats before ordering a full run.

What do the three Sandwave settings do?

A slide switch moves between 2.8V, 3.2V and 3.6V. CCELL calls them temperature settings, with 2.8V the coolest and 3.6V the hottest. Thinner oils usually suit the lower positions, while thicker ones may need the top. Test a small batch of your own oil to choose.

Does the Sandwave have a button or preheat?

No. The Sandwave is draw activated, so you just inhale on the mouthpiece and it fires. It has no preheat function or button. If you need a preheat or airflow control, the Palm Pro lists a 10-second preheat and an adjustable airflow collar.

What is the silicone wave grip for?

It is a textured silicone surface that gives your fingers something to hold, so the battery sits firmly in the hand. The compact 60 x 38.2 x 16.2mm body and wave pattern are designed for secure handling. It also gives brands an attractive tactile feature to point out at retail.

How do I charge the Sandwave?

Charge it through the USB-C port with a known 5V source and a good cable. Disconnect once it is full rather than leaving it on charge overnight, and stop if the battery gets hot. If it will not charge, check for oil on the cartridge contact first.

What is the difference between the Sandwave and the Palm Pro?

The Sandwave is a 400mAh battery with a slide switch and silicone grip. The Palm Pro is 500mAh with a button, a 10-second preheat, an adjustable airflow collar and a 3-bar LED. Both have 2.8V, 3.2V and 3.6V settings and a drop-in magnetic connection.

How much is the Sandwave wholesale in the UK?

Tiered trade pricing is shown on this page and quoted ex VAT, with lower unit prices as quantities increase. The Sandwave is listed in Black. Contact the trade team with your quantities for a confirmed quote, including any branding you would like added.

Can the Sandwave be customised or engraved?

Yes, customisation is listed as available. Colour and branding are discussed at the quote stage, so send your artwork, quantities and timescale to the trade team. We will confirm what is possible and the lead time before you place the order.

Do you deliver the Sandwave across the UK?

Yes. We deliver across the UK to trade and retail customers, and any free-shipping threshold is shown at checkout. For delivery outside the UK, contact the trade team before ordering so we can confirm availability, carriers and timings for your destination.

Is the Sandwave authentic CCELL hardware?

Yes. We are an authorised UK distributor of authentic CCELL hardware, operated by 3Devices Ltd. The Sandwave is supplied without cartridges or oil, and CCELL does not fill or sell oil. It is intended for CBD use only and is not for minors, so please store it safely away from children.
