CCELL Voca key specifications

What is the CCELL Voca?

The CCELL Voca is the entry point of CCELL's four-model Voca family: a fillable, rechargeable all-in-one with a 280mAh battery, a CCELL ceramic core and two clog-free air vents. It arrives empty for licensed filling businesses and needs no separate 510 battery. The detail brand managers tend to value is the body. A 0.5ml and a 1ml Voca share the same 79 x 36 x 13 mm outer shell, so one carton, sleeve and display design covers both fill sizes. Only the internal mouthpiece structure differs, which is why the tank volume has to be fixed when you order. The Voca is also the first rung of a four-model family. The Voca Pro, Voca Max and Voca Pro Max all share a 280mAh battery and a similar footprint (the Voca Pro and Voca Pro Max are 76mm tall against 79mm), so a filler can start on the Voca and move up to EVO or EVOMAX later with only minor carton changes. Our Voca range buyer's guide sets all four side by side.

Who is the Voca for?

• Distillate-led ranges that want a dependable, simple format without electronic controls.
• Brands with two price points (half gram and full gram style fills) that want identical packaging.
• Fillers who batch cap: snap-fit mouthpieces are listed for capping 50 at a time.
• Not for teams that need preheat or voltage control; look at the Voca Pro Max for that.

Does the Voca work with a 510 battery?

No. The Voca contains its own battery and charges over USB-C, so there is nothing to pair. If you were searching for a threaded cartridge to fit a 510 battery, start with our 510 thread explainer.

Ceramic heating in the Voca: what to expect

The Voca uses CCELL's proprietary ceramic heating element, which CCELL says gives purer flavours, more potent vapour and minimal chance of a burnt taste. CCELL's own all-in-ones page lists the Voca under "best for distillates". CCELL states that it has shipped more than 530 million cartridges, which tells you ceramic heating is a known quantity for production lines, not an experiment. For a standard distillate range, that familiarity and a lower unit cost are usually the deciding factors.

Which oils work in the Voca?

Pourable, lower-viscosity oils are the natural match. If your formulation is thick, crystalline or rosin-style, the EVOMAX versions in the Voca line, the Voca Max and Voca Pro Max, are the closer fit. Our guide to choosing hardware by oil type explains the logic. 3DevicesCCELL supplies empty hardware only, and the hardware is intended for CBD use only and not for minors.

How do I fill and use the CCELL Voca?

1. Confirm the tank size, because the internal mouthpiece structure differs between 0.5ml and 1ml.
2. Fill the tank using your standard procedure and snap the mouthpiece into place; batch capping runs at 50 pieces at a time.
3. Charge through the USB-C port before first use.
4. Draw on the mouthpiece. There is no button, as the device is inhale activated.

How do I plan cartons and artwork for the Voca?

Because both volumes share a 79 x 36 x 13 mm body, you only need one carton die, one sleeve template and one display tray for the whole range. Colour is the variable: Black and Orange are the shop colours, and CCELL lists matte rubber oil, silkscreen and laser engraving as surface options. Fix tank size, colour and finish on the same order so batches stay consistent.

Voca care, leaks and troubleshooting

• Leaking: avoid overfilling and press the mouthpiece fully home.
• Clogs: the dual air vents are designed to prevent them; thicker oil suits the EVOMAX siblings better.
• Not firing: charge the unit and draw firmly.
• Storage: keep filled units upright and out of direct heat, and recharge stock held for long periods before dispatch.
