CCELL Flexcell X key specifications

What is the CCELL Flexcell X?

The CCELL Flexcell X is the EVOMAX member of the Flexcell family: a slim, rechargeable all-in-one that CCELL positions for all oil types. It offers 0.5ml, 1ml and 2ml tanks, a 280mAh battery, clog-free dual air vents and USB-C charging in a 103 x 22 x 11.6 mm body. It is supplied empty for licensed fillers.

The detail that helps with merchandising is that the 1ml and 2ml versions share the same external size and shape, so packaging for a value and a standard fill can stay the same.

Who is the Flexcell X for?

• Multi-oil ranges with distillate, live resin and rosin-style products on one hardware specification.
• Brands with a 2ml tier that want the larger volume without a bulky box format.
• Fillers consolidating SKUs, because one EVOMAX stick can replace several cores.
• Not necessary for single-oil distillate ranges, where the SE Flexcell costs less.

Does the Flexcell X require a separate 510 battery?

No. The battery is built in and rechargeable over USB-C, so nothing screws onto a 510 battery. Anyone comparing formats can read our 1ml all-in-one hardware guide for how all-in-ones differ from threaded cartridges.

EVOMAX explained: what it means for the Flexcell X

CCELL introduced EVOMAX in December 2023 as its first heating technology designed for liquid diamonds. CCELL states that the core's walls and pores were designed to balance oil supply and vaporisation, and that it delivers a clog-free, leak-free experience and works with all oils.

See the generation ladder on our technology page.

Which oils work in the Flexcell X?

CCELL positions EVOMAX for distillate as well as terpene-rich oils such as live resin and rosin. The 2ml option is the one to pilot carefully: a bigger volume puts more oil on the same ceramic path, so check draw and flow on a small batch. Our oil types guide gives background. We supply hardware only, never oil, and the hardware is intended for CBD use only and not for minors.

Why would a brand choose the 2ml version? Larger volumes appeal to customers who want fewer top-ups, and they let a range sit at a clearly different price point. The trade-off is more oil on the same ceramic path, so the 2ml unit deserves its own pilot test, with attention to draw resistance, flow and how the unit behaves when it is nearly empty.

How do I use the CCELL Flexcell X?

1. Choose 0.5ml, 1ml or 2ml. The 1ml and 2ml versions share one outer size.
2. Fill the tank using your standard procedure and press the snap-fit mouthpiece into place. Capping runs at 50 pieces at a time.
3. Charge through USB-C before first use.
4. Draw to fire. The unit is inhale activated.

Flexcell X care, leaks and troubleshooting

• Leaking: do not overfill, particularly at 2ml, and store upright.
• Not firing: check the battery, then draw firmly.
• Thick oil: the dual air vents resist clogs, and EVOMAX is aimed at thick oils.
• Mixed batches: label trays by tank size so volumes do not mix on the line.

How do I plan a Flexcell X range?

With three tank sizes and two colours, Black and Blue, you can build a small range without adding new moulds. Fill sizes affect price points, so many brands use 1ml as the core product and 2ml as a value tier. Keep spec sheets by size, because the 0.5ml option sits at the entry end. The AIO buyer's guide helps compare other formats.

What should I confirm before ordering the Flexcell X?

• Tank size, 0.5ml, 1ml or 2ml, noting that 1ml and 2ml look identical on the outside.
• Colour, with Black and Blue listed.
• Your own oil trial results, since EVOMAX is positioned for all oils but your formulation decides the outcome.
• Any customisation, which the listing says is available.

Because two sizes look the same, label trays and cartons clearly at the point of filling. Mixed volumes are the most common avoidable error on multi-size ranges.
