CCELL Flexcell key specifications

What is the CCELL Flexcell?

The CCELL Flexcell is a slim, stick-shaped all-in-one built around one idea: your brand decides what the oil window looks like. The window can be cut as a square, rectangle, circle, ellipse or star, which turns a standard piece of hardware into something that reads as your own design on a shelf. It is a rechargeable, refillable device with an SE ceramic core, supplied empty for licensed fillers.

The Flexcell is also the broadest on volume in its family, with four tank sizes across two bodies. One body takes 0.5ml or 1ml, and a second takes 1.5ml or 2ml, so packaging can stay identical within each pair.

Who is the Flexcell for?

• Brand-led companies that want a distinctive window shape without commissioning bespoke tooling.
• Fillers with a spread of sizes, from a 0.5ml entry unit up to a 2ml value format.
• Distillate ranges that suit an SE core and benefit from a lower unit cost.
• Not ideal if you need thick-oil performance, in which case compare the EVOMAX Flexcell X.

Does the Flexcell need a separate 510 battery?

No. The battery is integrated and charges over USB-C, so there is no thread to match. If you are weighing an all-in-one against a threaded cartridge, our guide to 510 thread cartridges sets out the difference.

How does SE heating perform in the Flexcell?

SE is CCELL's standard ceramic core. CCELL states that a ceramic core avoids the burnt cotton taste that wick systems can produce, and lists SE hardware as best for distillates.

If you need a more demanding core in a similar stick body, the Flexcell family has EVO and EVOMAX versions, covered on our technology page.

One practical point on volume: the 1.5ml and 2ml body is a little taller and deeper than the 0.5ml and 1ml body (113 x 22 x 11.6mm against 109.3 x 22 x 10.5mm). Measure a sample before cutting cartons, rather than assuming one sleeve fits all four sizes.

Which oils work in the Flexcell?

Match oil to core. Thin, pourable oils are comfortable on SE, and larger 1.5ml and 2ml fills will usually be distillate-style products where cost per millilitre matters. Test your own formulation at the size you plan to sell. 3DevicesCCELL supplies hardware only, never oil, and the hardware is intended for CBD use only and not for minors.

How do I use the CCELL Flexcell?

1. Choose the body that matches your tank size, since the 0.5ml and 1ml sizes share one body and the 1.5ml and 2ml sizes share the other.
2. Fill the tank and press in the snap-fit mouthpiece. Capping can be batched at 50 pieces at a time.
3. Charge through the USB-C port before first use.
4. Draw on the mouthpiece to fire. The device is inhale activated.

Flexcell care, leaks and troubleshooting

• Leaking: avoid overfilling and press the mouthpiece fully home.
• Window artwork: approve the window shape on a proof before running a full batch.
• Not firing: charge the battery, then draw firmly.
• Weak draw with thick oil: the SE core suits thinner oils, so consider an EVOMAX model.

How do I plan the Flexcell window and packaging?

Decide the window shape first, then the tank size, because the shape and the body are agreed at quote stage. The body dimensions run from 109.3mm to 113mm tall and 22mm wide, so allow for the larger body when designing sleeves. Black and Blue are the shop colours. See our Flexcell, Flex and Easy Bar comparison for the wider stick family.

What should I confirm before ordering the Flexcell?

• The tank size, which decides the body and the battery cell that comes with it.
• The window shape and a signed-off proof, since the shape is agreed during the quote.
• The colour, with Black and Blue listed.
• Whether you want the laser engraving add-on, which allows 2 extra days for delivery.

Writing these four items on the purchase order avoids the most common delays on custom runs, and gives your filling line a clear specification to work from when the pallets arrive.
