3.0 postless or EVOMAX: which Waterflow pod?

We list two Waterflow Editions. The standard one uses an EVOMAX pod with a stainless steel centre post. This 3.0 edition uses the CCELL 3.0 postless pod, with no centre post. Pod sizes, the 265mAh battery, Type-C charging and the three colourways match, so the choice comes down to which pod your filling line already runs. The swirl is printed, so no two units look exactly alike: Waterflow Blue (blue and purple), Waterflow Lime (lime green with red) and Waterflow Teal (teal and blue).

How to fill and cap the 3.0 postless pod

CCELL publishes a three-step filling method and a three-step capping method for this pod. The short version is below; the full diagrams are in the product sheet images further down the page.

Filling: put the pod on a flat base plate, push the filling needle vertically into the middle of the airway and the shell (insertion length at least 6mm), then pull the needle out vertically to finish filling.
Capping: set your arbor press so the top and bottom plates are flat.
Capping: place the mouthpiece on the pod, vertically centred.
Capping: press the mouthpiece down with the arbor press until it is in place.

Follow your own licensed filling procedure and run a small trial batch first.
