The website is owned and operated by 3Devices Ltd, trading as 3DevicesCCELL.
By accessing our website, you agree to comply with the website-use provisions of these Terms. When you place an order, the applicable purchase terms form part of your contract with us.
Please read these Terms carefully before ordering.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

3DevicesCCELL was previously known as WeAreCCELLSupplies.
Our business supplies CCELL hardware and related products, including vaporisation cartridges, all-in-one hardware, pod systems, batteries and associated equipment.
3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
Our website and products are intended for persons aged 18 or over.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase the relevant products in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to request reasonable age or identity verification where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations.
We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot lawfully supply the goods or where a required verification process has not been completed.
Products must not be purchased for supply to children or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Products and Intended Use
3DevicesCCELL supplies hardware, including:
- CCELL cartridges
- All-in-one vaporisation devices
- Pod systems
- 510 batteries
- Related accessories and equipment
- Customisation and laser engraving services, where offered
We do not produce, distribute or sell substances pre-filled into cartridges or pods.
We do not supply controlled drugs or represent that our hardware may lawfully be used with any particular substance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, resale and intended use of products comply with applicable laws.
Product descriptions and specifications provide information about the hardware and must not be interpreted as medical, therapeutic or legal advice.
5. Website Information and Availability
We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, stock information and pricing are accurate.
However, minor differences may occur between product images and supplied products, including packaging, appearance or manufacturer updates.
Products remain subject to availability.
We may update or discontinue products, revise descriptions or correct errors.
We will not substitute a materially different product into a confirmed order without obtaining the customer's agreement.
Where an advertised item is unavailable after ordering, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.
6. Pricing and VAT
Unless otherwise stated, prices on the website are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The checkout or quotation process will identify the applicable VAT treatment, delivery charges and total amount payable before the customer commits to the purchase.
Consumer-facing prices must include applicable taxes in accordance with UK pricing requirements.
Business quotations may show prices exclusive of VAT where this is clearly indicated and lawful.
We reserve the right to update prices before an order is accepted.
If an obvious pricing error is identified before acceptance, we may decline the order and invite the customer to place a new order at the correct price.
Once an order has been accepted, we will not increase its agreed price unilaterally.
7. Placing an Order
Customers may place orders through the website's checkout facilities or request quotations for wholesale purchases.
When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the request, but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, normally by issuing a dispatch confirmation or other clear written acceptance.
We may decline an order for lawful reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or listing information
- Incomplete order information
- Suspected fraud
- Failed payment authorisation
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
- Unsuccessful age or business verification
- Delivery restrictions
Where payment has already been collected for an order we decline, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
8. Payment Terms
Payment must be made using a payment method offered or expressly approved by us.
Orders may require full payment before dispatch unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
Payments processed through third-party providers may be subject to their security and verification requirements.
For approved wholesale accounts, separate invoicing or credit terms may apply where agreed in writing.
We will not introduce additional payment charges contrary to applicable law.
9. Delivery and Shipping
We offer delivery to eligible locations within the United Kingdom and, where expressly available, other destinations.
Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are provided during checkout or in the relevant quotation.
Orders qualifying for our advertised UK free-delivery promotion may receive free standard delivery when the applicable basket value exceeds £80, subject to clearly disclosed promotion conditions and exclusions.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed.
For consumer orders, we will deliver without undue delay and normally within 30 days of contract formation unless another delivery period has been agreed.
If delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, customers will be informed of their available options and statutory rights.
Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery information.
For consumer purchases, responsibility for goods normally passes to the customer when the goods come into their physical possession, or that of a person identified by them, other than the carrier.
Different risk and delivery arrangements may apply to business orders where expressly agreed and legally permitted.
10. Consumer Cancellation Rights
This section applies to customers purchasing as consumers, rather than wholly or mainly for business purposes.
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, consumers buying goods online normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to cancel the order without giving a reason.
For qualifying orders containing goods delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from receipt of the last item.
To cancel, customers must notify us using a clear statement before the applicable cancellation period expires.
Customers may use the cancellation form provided below, although its use is optional.
Following a valid cancellation notice, goods must normally be sent back within 14 days.
The customer may be responsible for direct return postage costs where this responsibility was disclosed before purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
We will refund eligible payments, including the basic outbound delivery charge where applicable, within the period prescribed by law.
We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or evidence of their return is supplied, where the law permits.
A deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.
Statutory cancellation exceptions may apply, including certain personalised goods and qualifying sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
These exceptions apply only where their legal conditions are satisfied.
Unsealing or opening a product does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.
Nothing in this section affects rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.
11. Refunds, Returns and Faulty Products
Our Refund and Returns Policy provides further information about the returns process, subject to confirmation of the live policy URL.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumer products must meet applicable legal standards, including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with their description.
Eligible consumers may have rights including:
- A short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods
- Repair or replacement
- Price reduction
- A final right to reject in qualifying circumstances
We will not impose conditions that unlawfully restrict these rights.
Customers reporting damaged, incorrect or defective items should contact customer support with their order details and a description of the issue.
Photographs or supporting information may help us investigate a claim, but will not be used to impose unreasonable barriers to statutory remedies.
Commercial purchases may be governed by different contractual and statutory remedies.
12. Wholesale and Business-to-Business Orders
Wholesale orders may be subject to additional commercial arrangements.
These may include:
- Minimum order quantities
- Volume-based pricing
- Agreed payment terms
- Product customisation specifications
- Manufacturing or procurement lead times
- Special delivery arrangements
- Written quality or acceptance requirements
Wholesale quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
Where a written wholesale agreement is entered into, its expressly agreed terms will take precedence over conflicting general purchase provisions.
The statutory 14-day consumer change-of-mind cancellation right does not generally apply to genuine business purchases.
Business buyers are responsible for obtaining any licences, registrations or authorisations required for their activities.
Any negotiated limitations of business liability remain subject to applicable law and statutory reasonableness requirements.
13. Customised and Laser-Engraved Products
We may offer customised hardware, laser engraving, branded products or other bespoke services.
Customers must review and approve relevant specifications, artwork or proofs where requested.
The customer confirms that any artwork, logos or other material supplied for customisation may lawfully be used.
For qualifying consumer contracts, goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not remove statutory remedies where goods are faulty, misdescribed or fail to conform to the contract.
For business orders, cancellation and amendments after production begins will be governed by the terms expressly agreed for that order.
14. Product Safety and Compliance
Customers must follow applicable manufacturer instructions, warnings and safety guidance.
Products should not be modified, charged or operated in ways contrary to their intended specifications.
Battery-powered products should be handled and stored with appropriate care.
Damaged, overheating or malfunctioning devices should not continue to be used.
Customers must ensure that the products they purchase are legal for their intended use and destination.
Wholesale customers intending to resell, distribute, export or integrate hardware into finished products must comply with all applicable product safety, labelling, environmental, age-restriction and other regulatory obligations.
Nothing in this section removes product safety responsibilities that legally belong to 3Devices Ltd.
15. Intellectual Property
All original website content, including text, photographs, graphics, layout, design elements and other materials, is owned by or licensed to 3Devices Ltd unless otherwise indicated.
CCELL and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Our distribution or dealer relationship does not transfer ownership of manufacturer intellectual property.
You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, modify or distribute protected website content without appropriate authorisation.
Limited personal use of website information is permitted where consistent with applicable law.
16. Acceptable Website Use
Users must access and use the website lawfully.
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to website systems or accounts
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Interfere with website security or availability
- Submit fraudulent information or orders
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Use the website in connection with unlawful activity
- Infringe the rights of others
We may take proportionate action to prevent misuse, including restricting access or suspending accounts where reasonably justified.
17. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, users are responsible for maintaining accurate information and protecting login credentials.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security or comply with legal requirements.
Account closure does not automatically require deletion of information that must be retained for lawful purposes.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Reviews, Comments and Customer Submissions
Where the website permits customer reviews or other submissions, users must ensure their contributions are lawful, accurate and not misleading.
We may moderate or remove material that violates applicable law or reasonable website rules.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to your legal rights and our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee that all published reviews represent verified purchasers unless expressly stated.
19. Third-Party Websites
The website may link to external manufacturers, partners, social media platforms and other services.
These links are provided for information or convenience.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
Customers should review the relevant terms and policies before interacting with third-party services.
20. Website Availability and Disclaimers
We aim to maintain accurate information and reliable access to our website.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
Information on the website does not constitute medical advice or a guarantee that any product is suitable for a particular substance, application or jurisdiction.
Any disclaimers in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.
21. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
For consumers, we remain responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
We are not responsible for losses resulting solely from events outside our control where we have not breached a legal duty.
For business customers, liability for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of commercial opportunities and other business losses may be limited to the extent lawfully permitted and subject to any separately agreed wholesale contract.
Any specific financial liability cap for business sales must be expressly agreed and must satisfy applicable legal requirements.
22. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure to perform contractual obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Such events may include serious transport disruption, natural disasters, government restrictions, major infrastructure failures or supplier interruptions.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and notify affected customers where appropriate.
Consumer remedies and refund rights will remain available where required by law.
23. Privacy and Cookies
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and tracking technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
Use of the website does not, by itself, constitute consent to non-essential cookies.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in legislation, website functionality, products or business operations.
Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or alter confirmed purchase contracts without a lawful basis or appropriate agreement.
The Terms applicable to an order will normally be those in effect when that order was accepted.
25. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to customers in other UK jurisdictions or overseas.
For qualifying consumers, this clause does not remove any right to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
Business disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales unless the parties have validly agreed otherwise.
We encourage customers to contact our customer service team first so we can attempt to resolve concerns promptly.
