What do the two Go Stik settings mean?

A slide switch selects 2.8V or 3.2V, giving a lower mode and a higher mode. Think of it as two gears: use 2.8V when you want the gentlest heat and 3.2V when an oil needs a little more. It has no 3.6V position, so very thick oils that need the maximum heat may suit a three-step battery better.

How do I use the Go Stik?

Screw a standard 510 cartridge onto the battery until it is snug, not over-tightened.
Slide the switch to 2.8V or 3.2V.
Draw on the mouthpiece. The battery is inhale activated, so there is no button.
Charge over USB-C when the battery runs low.
Store it upright in its box to protect the connector.

Go Stik care, charging and troubleshooting

Not firing: unscrew the cartridge, wipe the thread and the centre pin with a dry cloth, and refit it. A loose cartridge is the most common cause.
Gurgling or leaking: a leaking cartridge floods the pin. Switch to 2.8V, test a fresh cartridge and keep the battery upright.

Slippery hands: the anti-slip body helps, but a dry grip is still safest when changing the switch.
