What is the CCELL Kera?

The Kera is the cartridge for brands that want the look of ceramic. Its white snap-fit ceramic mouthpiece and ceramic centre post sit on a clear borosilicate glass tank, so the finished product reads as premium on a shelf. It is built for professional filling operations, with a capping design that needs less force than the first generation.

Buyers comparing it with the TH2 glass range will find the difference is mostly materials and finish. Is the Kera compatible with my battery?

Yes. The Kera has a standard 510 thread and a 10.5mm body. Magnetic batteries such as the Rizo and Fino need the cartridge fitted to their magnetic attachment first.

How do I fill and cap the Kera?

1. Hold the cartridge upright and check the inlet is clear.
2. Fill to your validated line, leaving a small air gap.
3. Let the oil settle into the ceramic before capping.
4. Press the snap-fit ceramic mouthpiece on with a capping tool, using the lower force the design allows.
5. Test-fire a sample from every batch on a 510 battery.

Kera care, leaks and troubleshooting

• Leaking: overfilling is the usual cause. Reduce the fill and store upright.
• Mouthpiece not seating: ceramic parts need an even press. Check alignment before applying force.
• Muted flavour: raise the battery voltage one step at a time.
• No vapour: clean the 510 contact and try another battery.
• Chipped ceramic: handle ceramic parts with care and discard any chipped mouthpiece rather than filling it.

How should I plan a Kera order?

Choose 0.5ml (10.5 x 53.1mm) or 1ml (10.5 x 64.6mm). Only a White mouthpiece is offered, so build your colour story around the battery rather than the cartridge. If you want a coloured battery, the crystalline M4 batteries or the Fino colourways work well against white ceramic.

Run a pilot tray before a large order. Capping force, wicking and leak behaviour depend on your oil and your equipment, and ten filled cartridges tell you more than a spec sheet.
