Specifications per CCELL product data.

What is the CCELL Rizo?

The Rizo is CCELL's interactive battery. Most 510 batteries are silent about what they are doing. The Rizo vibrates, using haptic feedback, and shows charge on a 3-bar LED, so the person holding it gets a physical and a visual signal. CCELL introduced it in May 2022, describing it in its press release as a new interactive vaporiser battery.

It connects to cartridges through a magnetic adaptor on a standard 510 thread, so a cartridge with the right adaptor lands on the magnet instead of being screwed down. The body mixes aluminium, zinc alloy, PC and silicone, which is a different feel from the stainless steel tubes in the M4 range. For a plain-English guide to the connection, see our 510 thread explainer.

Who is the Rizo for?

  • Brands that want a feature to talk about. Haptic feedback is rare in this price band and makes demonstration easy.
  • Retail teams who prefer a two-position battery: L for gentler heat, H for more, nothing in between to confuse customers.
  • Packs with magnetic cartridges, where a drop-on connection reduces cross-threading and speeds up assembly.
  • Not ideal for anyone needing a large cell, a preheat or three or more voltages. At 300mAh it is a lighter battery than the 500mAh Palm Pro.

Is the Rizo compatible with my cartridge?

Yes, as long as the cartridge has a standard 510 thread and you use the magnetic adaptor. Common pairings are below. If your cartridge does not already include a magnetic nut, ask the trade team what is needed to complete the connection.

What do the L and H settings do on the Rizo?

The Rizo has two voltage settings: 2.8V, marked L for low, and 3.3V, marked H for high. L is the gentler option and H applies more heat. In practice, thin, pourable oils often taste best on L, while thicker fills may need H to vaporise properly.

Do not assume your oil will behave like another brand's. Test a small batch on both settings, then choose one to recommend to customers. The haptic feedback is useful here, because you feel the battery respond as you draw, which makes side-by-side bench tests quicker. Our oil types page explains why viscosity changes what the cartridge needs.

How do I use the Rizo?

  1. Fit the magnetic adaptor to your 510 cartridge if it is not already fitted.
  2. Drop the cartridge onto the magnet at the top of the battery.
  3. Select L (2.8V) or H (3.3V).
  4. Draw on the mouthpiece. The Rizo is inhale activated and gives haptic feedback as it fires.
  5. Check the 3-bar LED for charge, and recharge over USB Type-C when needed.

Rizo care, charging and troubleshooting

  • No vibration or no vapour: check the cartridge is seated flat on the magnet and the contacts are dry and clean.
  • Cartridge sits crooked: remove it and refit the adaptor, as a misaligned nut stops a full connection.
  • Oil on the magnet: wipe with a dry lint-free cloth. Oil can create a short that looks like a battery fault.
  • Charging: use a known 5V USB Type-C source and disconnect at full. The charging guide explains why overnight charging is best avoided.
  • Short run time: the 300mAh cell is modest, so heavy use calls for more frequent charging.

How should I plan a Rizo order for a UK range?

Think about the whole assembly before you quote. Decide whether your cartridges already include a magnetic nut, because that determines whether you order adaptors or not. Decide which of the two settings you will recommend, since the Rizo cannot be changed by the user beyond L and H. Then decide how you will explain haptic feedback in your insert, because customers who have never felt it may think the vibration is a fault.

A practical starter bundle is a Black Rizo, one cartridge from your core line and a one-page card that explains L and H, charging and the 3-bar LED. Silver works well as a premium variant. Keeping the offer to two colours and two settings makes stock control simple and reduces returns.

Rizo trade pricing and UK delivery

Trade pricing is tiered on this page and shown ex VAT. The Rizo is available to UK businesses in Black and Silver, and you can send your expected volumes and colour split through the contact form. We deliver across the UK, and the free-shipping threshold is displayed at checkout. If you plan to bundle Rizo batteries with magnetic cartridges, ask for both on one quote so the adaptor question is settled before you place the order.

Is the Rizo authentic CCELL hardware?

CCELL introduced the Rizo in May 2022, and every unit we sell is authentic CCELL stock supplied by 3DevicesCCELL, an authorised UK distributor run by 3Devices Ltd. Haptic feedback and the 3-bar LED are the quick checks on arrival. It ships without cartridges or oil, as CCELL does not fill or sell oil. CBD use only; not for minors.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can’t see your question? Our UK team is happy to help with products, pricing and orders.

Contact our team WhatsApp us
Is the CCELL Rizo compatible with standard 510 cartridges?
Yes, if the cartridge has a standard 510 thread and you use the magnetic adaptor. The cartridge then drops onto the magnet instead of screwing down. CCELL Kera cartridges are a common pairing. Ask the trade team if you are unsure whether your cartridge needs an adaptor.
What battery capacity does the Rizo have?
The Rizo has a 300mAh battery. For a larger cell, the Palm Pro and Palm SE are rated at 500mAh and are better for heavy daily use.
What is haptic feedback on the Rizo?
Haptic feedback means the battery gives a physical response, a small vibration, when it fires as you draw. CCELL describes the Rizo as an interactive battery. It is a way to confirm the battery is working without looking at the LED, and it makes the product easy to demonstrate.
What do L and H mean on the Rizo?
L stands for low, 2.8V, and H for high, 3.3V. L is the gentler setting and H applies more heat. Thinner oils usually suit L, while thicker ones may need H. Test a small batch of your own oil on both before choosing a recommended setting.
Does the Rizo have a preheat or airflow control?
No. The Rizo has two voltage settings, haptic feedback and a 3-bar LED, but no preheat or airflow adjustment. It is inhale activated, so you simply draw. If you need those controls, the Palm Pro lists a 10-second preheat and an adjustable airflow collar.
What is the Rizo made from?
The body is made from aluminium, zinc alloy, PC and silicone and measures 62.7 x 34 x 14.8mm. If you need a material statement for your own compliance file, ask the trade team to confirm what documentation is available.
How do I charge the Rizo?
Charge it over USB Type-C with a known 5V source and a sound cable. The 3-bar LED shows charge level, so disconnect when it reads full. Avoid leaving it on charge overnight and stop if it gets hot. If it will not charge, wipe oil from the magnetic contact.
How much is the Rizo wholesale in the UK?
Tiered trade pricing is shown on this page and quoted ex VAT, with lower unit prices at higher volumes. The Rizo is available in Black and Silver. Send your quantities and colour split to the trade team for a confirmed quote. Free shipping applies once an order passes the threshold shown at checkout.
Do you deliver the Rizo across the UK?
Yes. We deliver the Rizo across the UK to trade and retail customers, with any free-shipping threshold shown at checkout. For delivery outside the UK, contact the trade team before you order so we can confirm availability, carriers and timings for your destination.
Is the Rizo authentic CCELL hardware?
Yes. We are an authorised UK distributor of authentic CCELL hardware, operated by 3Devices Ltd. CCELL introduced the Rizo in May 2022. It is supplied without cartridges or oil, and CCELL does not fill or sell oil. It is intended for CBD use only and is not for minors.
