Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to wholesale purchases from 3DevicesCCELL, operated by 3Devices Ltd (United Kingdom), via 3devicesccell.co.uk.
3DevicesCCELL is the same brand formerly known as WeAreCCELLSupplies.
1. Wholesale orders
3DevicesCCELL supplies vaporisation hardware to business customers. Because products are B2B wholesale goods, standard consumer cooling-off rights may not apply to business-to-business contracts. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you have under UK law.
2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If goods arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue and packaging, and a short description. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate after we confirm the issue.
3. Change of mind / unused stock
Change-of-mind returns of unused, unopened wholesale stock are only accepted if we agree in writing before you send goods back. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in original packaging at your cost unless we agree otherwise.
4. How to start a return
Email [email protected] or use the Contact page. Do not return goods without a returns authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer for offline payments, after we receive and inspect returned goods. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
