The ZW-221S-02 is an automatic filling machine with a capping press, supplied and supported by 3DevicesCCELL. Two needles fill a full fixture tray, then the press caps the whole tray at once, so licensed brands can fill and cap CCELL cartridges and all-in-ones in-house.

The ZW-221S-02 is driven by a motor and screw, so it needs no air pump. Set fill volume, injection speed and suction speed on a 7-inch touch screen, and recall any of 10 saved filling programmes. A heated tank keeps the oil at your set temperature while you work.

Automatic filling
The ZW-221S-02 fills a full fixture tray of CCELL cartridges without an air pump. Two heated needles step across the tray row by row; each fill is set between 0.2 and 5 ml and holds ±1%.
Volume and speed are set per needle, so thick oils run slower for a clean dose. Depending on the fill volume, that is 600 to 1,500 pieces an hour from one operator.1:33 -
Capping press
Mouthpieces go into the fixture plate, the plate turns over onto the tray of filled cartridges, and the press closes the whole tray in one stroke with even pressure.
Open the doors, lift the plate and the spacer sheet, and the tray is capped. Fixtures exist for different CCELL hardware, such as Easy Bar and TH2.1:23 -
All-in-one fixture
A full start on the touch screen: power on, enter the system, seat the locator base and the Easy Bar tray, recall the saved programme from the archive and set the fill volume.
Press Start and the stage lifts the tray under the two needles. This is the routine your operator repeats for every tray.1:33 -
Programming a fixture
How a new tray is taught to the machine, in six steps: move the axes over the first hole, set the needle spacing with the handwheel and lock it, measure the X and Y pitch and the row count, run the point check, then save the programme to a blank file.

Place the mouthpiece plate on the filled tray, slide it into the press and press Start.

Every month: grease
Add lubricating grease to the guide rail and the oiling screw once a month (every six months in a clean room).

Every day: shut down properly
Drain the remaining oil, switch the heating off, then the power. Refill the tank to no more than 90%.

Do not chase speed
Running above the limit hurts the fill precision, shakes the machine and wears it faster.

No power
Check the power switch on the cabinet door and in the distribution box; replace the 20 A fuse; if the power indicator stays off, the switching power supply needs replacing.

No oil or uneven fill
Oil tank empty, check valve worn, seals leaking at the injection pump, or heating set too low. Top up, replace the valve, clean or replace the seals, raise the temperature.

A damaged positioning switch. Replace it.
